3. Live SupportThe sales representatives are available 7*24 (7 days a week, 24 hours a day), while the technical support team is only available on email/ticket system for efficiency sake. However, we do have 7*24 emergency support for our hosting users. If your chat room is experiencing any down time, please contact our sales to get in touch with our engineers, and our engineers will be right with you to get it up and running again.
