SkaDate Chat Integration Introduction
It adds a chat room with multiple skins and single sign-on. Recent changes: better chat room control in SkaDate ACP and added mobile chat application and HTML client.
1.Chat Button
Firstly a chat button will be added to the top menu of SkaDate as the chat room entrance.
2. Single sign-on
Install the module, and the SkaDate user database will be immigrated to the chat room and single sign-on will be enabled. It's all automatic! Then SkaDate users may click the "Chat" button directly, without being asked to login again.
3. Chat Status
The following data of the chat room can be displayed on the SkaDate index page to attract more users to join chatting.
- Total rooms, total connections, login users
- Chat room list
- Login user list
The 3 types of data can be individually disabled to display as you prefer. And a chat button is at bottom.
4. Social Connect
Chat users can add linking to their Facebook, Twitter, Yahoo or Google account, so to update their status on the social networks with their activities in chat!
5. Mobile Chat Apps
The mobile apps are for iPhone, iPad and Android, with which the chat users may explore thousands of chat rooms via their mobile devices!
6. HTML Client
HTML5 Chat Client has significantly improves the performance for 123FlashChat and works beautifully on iPhone, iPad, Android Devices and PCs.
7. Control Panel
SkaDate ACP-> Administration-> Management-> Addons-> 123 Flash Chat, enter the setting panel of the module.
8. Choose Chat Clients
Three chat clients: the flash client is the standard one and has a mountain of features, while the HTML5 client is extremely light, very flexible and faster loading speed, also works beautifully on iPhone, iPad, Android Devices and PCs. And an optional avatar chat client has walking talking cartoon figures.
Two open modes: embedded or popup. The latter one is more popular among SkaDate users
9. Change Chat Size, Language
You can change chat window size and interface language.
